Refund Policy

This policy covers paid reports and membership subscriptions on BaZi. All products are digital content delivered instantly.

One-Time Paid Reports

  • If your payment succeeded but a technical issue prevented the report from unlocking or displaying, we will issue a full refund or redeliver the report.
  • If you were charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.
  • If you have not yet generated or viewed the report, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Because reports are digital content generated and delivered instantly, reports that have already been generated and viewed are generally non-refundable. If the content has a material defect, we will review the case individually.

Membership Subscriptions

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining days.
  • For unintended automatic renewals, we will issue a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal and have not used paid features in the new period.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@baziflow.com with your account email and the PayPal transaction ID (or order number).

We typically review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal).

Before filing a chargeback, please contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your region.
