The best day to move house

Moving dates are usually pinned to a week or two by a lease, a landlord or the moving company's calendar. Put that narrow window in and the tool compares day by day: how many branches in your chart the day clashes, how steady the day runs, and which hours of it are better for starting the handover. This scenario carries the heaviest clash penalty of all seven, because a move going wrong is expensive in a very concrete way.

Does the first night matter more than the truck?+

In several traditions yes — moving your belongings and formally starting to live there are separate events. You can select a date for each.
